Wouldn't recommend to anyone, i booked this appointment for myself and my partner for his birthday, called them to make sure before i purchased the voucher online. I confirmed twice.. once by phone and another by text the day and time of massage.
We have the appointment at 4 today and they send me a message at 1 saying..."excuse me, when is your reservation?"

they said they couldnt do it as the masseur has to do something temporarily today.
my mind is blown, what a unprofessional service. not to mention they ruined the day I had planned for my partner.
