Arranged for servicing my Breezeair evaporative cooler. 5 stars rating from me cos
1. I was advised scheduled arrival time betw 12 noon - 3 pm (not whole day/half day waiting)
and to be advised by sms bef arrival
2. was advised by sms bef arrival - that is a plus cos I was at a shop nearby
3. friendly knowledgeable serviceman
4. After the service, serviceman started the aircond to ensure it is operating well. However aircond cut off after running for a short while
5. serviceman was able to diagnose that the problem was due to faulty drain valve. He was able to replace the assembly accordingly. All good after that
6. General advice provided on running the aircond efficiently

I am very satisfied with the outcome and I strongly recommend Heating & Cooling services to others.
