went on a wine tour of the yarra valley with 3 friends in a convertable chevrolet driven by mark theiler had the best experience ever was treated like princesses the whole day mark the driver was very knowledgable of the area in general made sure we all were comfortable and and had a great time went to gorgeous wineries had delicious lunch a yering station sauntered through yarra glen shops and saw beautiful country side with great friends would recommend anyone and everyone do this trip

i took my car into the kmart tyre and auto shop for a wheel alignment a simple job you would think. well it took well over an hour and a half and wwas a cost of $65.00 which is average. however i feel this was the worst expierence ever as i drove out the stering wheel was not cenred and the car was pulling to the right clearly they had not done a satisfactory job as i believe this to be a matter of safety i drove straight to bob jane in the area and had them look at it and after forking out another $60.00 i had my car drivable. i will never go back to kmart auto or recommend then to anyone ever

attended as an outpatient for hysterectomy. was seen to in a matter of 20 min by lovely doctor . was booked in for surgery within 3 days. had surgery was looked after by great compassionate caring staff all from nurses doctors pathology domestic you name them they were lovely. went home had follow up phone calls and out patient appointments all was professional and friendly . felt looked after and cared for the total time

myself and 3 friends went to the public springs and 2 friends also had $180.00 treatments. During the time spent in the public spa area we expierenced japanese patrons using mobile phones taking photos and talking very loudly o phone taking phone into spa holding it in the air above them as not to get wet. Next we along with other patrons had a couple in teh top spa having sex and making it uncomfortable fot all other patrons. At the end of the day i filled in a feedback form at the front desk which your staff read and yet did not question me about. When another patron told the same staff the same complaints they still did not question me to confirm i left my name and number for contact yet have recieved no phone call. In all the time we were at the spa not once did a staff memeber enter the area if they had this may have been prevented. We were celebrating 2 birthdays and made the day less enjoyable
