They take your money but don't have the item in stock and blame lockdown. The truth is if they don't have the stock and if they are unable to deliver they shouldn't be taking people's orders. I ordered on the 18th September and still haven't got it. they have a monopoly as they have taken over basically every store, crossroads, millers, noni B, Katies, Be Me. They never respond and I was promised 2 wks ago that my order would be shipped immediately! They should be investigated by the ACCC.

The poorest example of customer service. an order i placed online for 10am they advise me without reason that it is delayed to 11:30am. I get there and call for 15minutes - their phone doesn't work. Which i did advise it wasn't working 2 weeks when i did my groceries there. I leave messages - still no-one bothers to answer. i actually call the shop. the person just leaves me on the phone for 4minutes so i hung up. People get served before me. and something i really needed 'didn't get provided it may have been there if they had done my order on time.- after half an hour i get my goods and then the person leaves when i get it from click and collect the trolley with me which i have to take back. they didn't even provide me with my invoice! This is disgraceful!!!!!
