Why is this company still in business? I've had the same problems as nearly all the reviews and would never shop with them again. Can't someone step in and put them out of business?

I have not received my order and customer service is useless, Standard generic automated reply to emails and IF you can get them on the phone they apologise for the delay and thats it, no follow up, no investigation, no estimated waiting time nothing.

They just don’t respond! Service is non existent no matter how you contact them or what the reason. Initially I was trying to get an order update and/or a tracking number but they only sent automated response saying they’d be in contact. Tried everything, email, Facebook, pmed also, nothing but automated or copied responses. My order arrives, it’s the wrong product! An inferior cheaper product also advertised on their site! I emailed, pmed, put in a PayPal claim, still no response. I kept calling till I got through and they told me I had to fill out a form that they had not yet sent even though I’d already sent all the info including photos twice already I sent it all again, still waiting on a response! Called again, as they were meant to get back to me and didn’t (again) still waiting. Absolutely save yourself, avoid this company at all costs. Nightmare

I placed an order for 7 items in Feb 2022. Received one item which was the wrong size. I then got an email to say my order was completed. I queried this and was told it was an error and the remaining items had been shipped. I received 5 of the 6 remaining items and after 3 months, 35 emails, 3 PMs and several refund requests Rivers have completely stopped responding. I don't even get the automated cut/paste emails and messages anymore. I'll never shop at a Mosaic branded store again.

I have had a problem twice with Rivers through the Mosaic Noni B. More like no bloody decency. No communication about my order. Found out with the post office, parcel wasn't sent. . I'll never order online from them again.

I have ordered about 8 items at the Black Friday Sales, end of November 2021.
The first items arrived after about 6 weeks, then some more in February
and several items were still missing by mid March!!
Whenever I complained and asked where my items are I got all
sort of excuses, from Covid, Logistic and problems at Australia Post.
Never was it the fault of Rivers.
In March I asked again and a week later I received an email stating
that my outstanding items have been cancelled and a refund given.
I was not given any explanation why the items have been cancelled as
I did not ask to cancel them but wanted to know where they are after over 3 months??
After seeing the report about Rivers on A CURRENT AFFAIR I decided to speak
up as well.
The problem at Rivers very clearly lays with management. It seems to be so
damned mismanaged, the core of any company is management and the
very core of Rivers is rotten, like a very bad apple!
I have always liked Rivers but this experience broke the camels back!
STAY AWAY FROM RIVERS ONLINE AND SAVE YOURSELF ONE BIG HEADACHE!!

Rivers Online were once a reputable business. This is no longer the case...

I ordered a scarf which was an advertised special, on 21st January 2022. It was to be delivered to a local business, as a 'Parcelpoint' delivery.
After allowing extra time for Covid delays, 6 weeks elapsed with no delivery. I called the Parcelpoint, who advised me that it hadn't arrived, and that he had 8 other people awaiting Rivers Online purchases, most of whom had been waiting "at least 4 months". He suggested that "perhaps the company has gone bad".

I've now sent 5 emails in the last 2 weeks to request a refund, each one being allocated a new ID number, despite me indicating the same order number and ticking the box to say I've contacted them before. Each one triggers the same sequence of automated email replies, with the same "apologies", and "thanking me for my patience". In a nutshell they keep blaming a mysterious "third party supplier", and making excuses which are clearly just delaying tactics. After several unanswered telephone calls, I have given up demanding a refund, and am opening a case for a refund through PayPal. I am also making formal complaints to both Fair Trading and the ACCC.

I will never again shop with Rivers Online, or any other 'Mosaic Brands' outlet.

They do not respond
to emails, and don't give a tracking#. First and last time, we order online, from Rivers. All other companies, have sent a tracking #, without a problem, but not rivers
