I was quite disappointed with the way the manager spoke to me on the telephone regarding my concerns and disappointment with the "grooming" of my son's puppy. He was shaved and we were not consulted. Today my son and I went in person and her body language and her effort to assist with resolving our issues were dismissed. She was neither interested nor could be bothered but was rather dismissive. If I could rate them zero then I would, because they're not deserving of any rating.
