I was quite disappointed with the way the manager spoke to me on the telephone regarding my concerns and disappointment with the "grooming" of my son's puppy. He was shaved and we were not consulted. Today my son and I went in person and her body language and her effort to assist with resolving our issues were dismissed. She was neither interested nor could be bothered but was rather dismissive. If I could rate them zero then I would, because they're not deserving of any rating.

Just love best friends pets they came to the rescue when I need urgent attention to our recue dog. They looked after him and and he is now the most handsome ball of fluff.
The staff are excellent and friendly and don't mind the little surprises as long as you clean them up after your pet.

If your in the thomastown area and need a pet store this is the place to go. It is huge and has everything you will need. I needed a collar for my dog and got one at a resonable price.

Was purchasing everything that I needed to make sure that my kitten and puppy fur babies could settle in to their new home... Was disappointed to find out 2 weeks later that they didnt sell me premium dog food, now its opened I cannot return it... Other than that it has everything that your fur babies could ask for...

i enjoy going into this store! its really big, puppy's, dogs, cat and all kind of animals walk around the store with there owner which makes it very friendly, staff are very helpful, and the puppy school is a fun get together teaching our little pups near things or just running away making a muk haha

I went to this store one time to get some pet food for a friend as she could not get to the shops and asked me to do her a favour.

It was my first visit and found the staff to be helpful in locating cat food my friend was after.

The best yet- great range of products- excellent and enthusiastic service and advice.
