WORST AFTER SALES SERVICE.
I purchased two good quality cell phones from Becextech, one an iphone and the other an LG.
Within 12 months both cellphones developed issues.
I had to push pretty hard to get the iphone fixed under warranty. Before accepting responsibility BecexTech insisted I try some home remedies first. When BecexTech finally accepted responsibility it took them over 6 weeks to repair the phone and return it.
The issue with the LG phone turned out to be a common and well documented problem with LG phones. I had to send Becextech copies of internet articles to prove there was an issue, BecexTech claims the issue was caused by the phone being dropped. The LG phone took 4 weeks to be examined and in the end BecexTech were unable to repair it. BecexTech changed their story saying the problem is with the motherboard. BecexTech said they were unable to repair the phone as the motherboards were no longer available. It took me less than 5 minutes to find motherboards for the LG on three reputable websites. I advised BecexTech motherboards were available they told me to purchase a motherboard and post it to them so they could fix the phone. Unbelievable!!
With both phones I had to chase BecexTech to find out what was happening with the phones. I could have had both phones repaired at a local repair and had them back within a week, BecexTech maintained that a month to six weeks was a normal turn around time for phone repair.
Buyer beware. Buy electronic items through BecexTech at your own risk.
