I am a fairly new customer to PIA but already very impressed with the service and the cost of premiums. They were the cheapest for the cover I wanted (and I shopped around a lot!) and when my dog had an accident I submitted the claim online in a couple of easy clicks and received the money within a couple of days. A further claim for a follow up consultation with the vet was paid out the next business day after I entered the details online. This is how insurance companies should operate. Would recommend them without hesitation.
