BEWARE: I was quoted - and agreed - $90 for a replacement part. However, without any further communication, was invoiced $330 for the same part once installed. On querying the amount, I was arrogantly accused of being confused, and trying to avoid paying the labour. No apology, admission of error, or seeking a reasonable solution - the only remedy offered was to remove the part (even after I've already paid the labour costs for it to be quoted and installed!). Extremely disappointing experience, particularly as we have valued their advice in the past.
