ZERO STARS - arrogant, petty, terrible communication and woeful customer service. These muppets don't care about you, your business or the junk products they sell. They will never admit responsibility nor liability and will ALWAYS attempt to do the MINIMUM under Consumer Law instead of what is right or fair. I'll never buy Samsung anything again!
The SSD failed after just 4 months and Samsung made it harder than getting blood from a stone to get it replaced under warranty. A dead-set utterly useless so called "case manager", no logical process for the return, multiple random contact channels (all starting from point A again), not keeping to the agreement that they pay labour costs in replacing inside an iMac, the list goes on and on. 9 months later and I still haven't been reimbursed and now they're fighting Fair Trading over a couple of hundred bucks.
Hey Samsung - what about the time and money it's cost me having this production machine out of action for the last 9 months ?!?! Professionals BEWARE - you pay a premium for product quality and business support but Samsung CAN'T DELIVER ON EITHER. AVOID!!!
