Brindabella Hearing was recommended by my GP in Bungendore. I chose the Erindale office because it was close to my new home in Canberra. I had my hearing tested three times and Brindabella referred me to an ENT specialist to look into the inconsistent results - they didn’t just sell me hearing aids.
The specialist found nothing wrong and considered the hearing results not sufficiently inconsistent to delay getting hearing aids.
Then I ordered them, but changed them after two weeks because they had more functionality than I needed. No problem for Brindabella Hearing and I got a substantial refund because the lesser-function aids were much cheaper.
After-sale service has been excellent. I’m very happy with my choices and the service I received and am receiving.
