thout a doubt one of the worst companies, I have ever had the misfortune to deal with. They recommended their preferred installer, [removed name]. to do the installation of cedar bifold kitchen window and servery. They do not guarantee their product if you don't use a qualified installer. [removed name] turned out to be the exact opposite for the following reasons : 1} Turned up 3 hours late and left early to get to another job. 2) Took materials that did not belong to him that I paid for.3) Stood on my $10,000 kitchen bench in work boots, scuffing the surface 4) Left a huge mess that took 2 days to clean up. 5) Damaged newly polished timber decking by allowing cut bricks to fall on them (another 2 days sanding and varnishing) 6) Outdoor furniture covered in brick dust and water 7) Many, many gaps left due to inaccurate cutting by [removed name], overfilled with silicon leaving dodgy finish. 8) All excess silicon was wiped off by [removed name] to the underside of the servery board - still getting it off.9) Many crooked cuts spoiling the overall look of the product 10) Huge amounts if silicon applied to the inside of the window in many areas to hide shoddy workmanship 11) Pencil marks left on timber where straight lines should have been cut. 12) Rough edges left where saw blade hacked timber 13) Quad removed and not replaced. 14) Bricks that were cut from window opening were thrown into my garden, 15) Many splashback tiles were either chipped or split and not replaced 14) [removed name] was extremely uncooperative was in an obvious hurry to leave. I have reported all of this to Simply Doors management - with photographs - to the management. They have chosen to ignore complaint completely.
