When I was living on the northside, I always took my baby here, and the vet staff were fabulous. Conan was never nervous about coming here as the vet and the nurse were both really gentle and he was never traumatised. I'd highly recommend this surgery to everyone on the northside.

I have two small doglets so my pet supply needs are not huge. Nevertheless, I still like to get good value for my dollar and this on-line store certainly gives me that. I've been flying with Virgin for many years now and only once did they ever run late. By way of apology they provided free movies and free food and drinks for the duration of the flight between Melbourne and the Sunshine Coast. Their staff, both on the ground and in the air are always friendly and professional, and genuinely appear to enjoy their jobs. They do their best to make your flight enjoyable. Once, when flying on my own, I selected a seat right at the back of the plane, not realising that's where unaccompanied children sit. I'm not much of a "children" person, particularly when flying, but I was very pleasantly surprised to see the work the staff put in to ensure the children were occupied for the duration of the flight. I also love that you can check in on-line up to 24 hours in advance of the flight, select your own seats and print out your boarding pass, and then simply drop your baggage at the desk before your flight. Very efficient. And, of course, they were instrumental in getting domestic air fares down to an affordable level in the first place.

They have a disappointingly small range of specialty papers and other scrapbooking supplies, as well as artist's paints and supplies. It's only a small store and simply doesn't have the physical space to attempt to diversify to this extent. They'd be better served choosing a market to cater for and concentrating their efforts in that direction. In addition, I found them to be significantly more expensive than other stores, and they offer no loyalty program (I asked about this and they claim their prices are so low they don't need to offer this incentive).

There's an amazing variety of goods in this huge store and there are always staff around to help or ask for directions if you can't find what you're looking for. I've shopped for everything from plants and garden supplies to lights and outdoor furniture, and of course the ubiquitous hardware and building supplies. They have everything.
