From the first day penny came over there was dramatic improvement in my dogs behavior she was horrible and we were on the verge of having too maybe give her up. It has been a uphill battle with my dog ahe is very cunning and stubborn and I didn't think that anybody would have the patience with her it took over 30 minutes just for my dog too calm down none stop pesting nipping jumping pushing penny but penny never even got agertated or anything. Penny is also very easy too contact if ypu ever need help either bye email or phone call also calls back or emails back really quick. Penny has help me alot with my dog and taught me alot which I can use if I ever get another dog my only problem is I wish I called for help earlier. If penny can help me and my dog she can help anybody and there dog.

Still a long way too yet. But we win little battles one day at a time.
