This review is for Three Kings Pizza, Parkwood QLD

I have eaten pizzas all over the world.... I have enjoyed many and some I've hated..... The Three Kings Pizza is, without a doubt, up there in the top three of the BEST EVER pizzas Category. I look for how much of the 'goodies' are on the pizza and the quality of these 'goodies'...... TTKP delivers in every way.... even to your front door. Please guys, don't change anything.... REAL GREAT pizza places are so hard to find!

I can't fault this company.
The next door neighbours found a BIG infestation of White Ants and the repair work cost them $70,000! Being so close to them we thought, 'maybe it's about time our property should be protected. Being in Parkwood (a very well known area for termites) I rang around for quotes for an inspection. Found Pest Guru from running a search on the net.
Dave was professional and to the point. He was hired to do the inspection. No LIVE termites were found, however, there was signs of previous termite activity.
We decided to have the whole house protected by over 30 cylinders designed to stop termites BEFORE they get to the house. And its all guaranteed.
My advice? Do a pest inspection and then you decide if you want to go farther.
I would stress, however, to utilize the knowledge and workmanship of Pest Gurus to do it.

Went Sunday night..... we organized a set menu of Chowder Soup, Garlic prawns, and a Crab Platter for two.
I swear we were taped for a tv show like Candid Camera.
First of all we were jockeyed to a 2 seater table.... NOT set up... blank table cloth. Literally tossed us a menu and then we became 'invisible'... I had to get up and go to the bar where there was a few men and a woman who might have owned the restaurant and asked if they had forgot we were there, NO silverware, NO serviette, No wine glasses... after 20 minutes it became a 'joke'. Finally the waitress comes to our table and takes the order... this is where the real fun started.
Next thing one of the manger looking guys delivered the crab platter right in the middle of the table. That's ok except we hadn't yet received the clam chowder soup OR the entree!!!
We told them there was no reason to bring the platter out now as we would like the courses IN ORDER! We sat the, with this crap platter still sitting in the middle of the empty table (still no cutlery has been set) for a good 5 minutes and I got up again and went to the bar and told them to get that platter off the table and bring us the soup! About 5 minutes later they deliver the entree of garlic prawns... where's the bloody clam chowder? Half way through the entree.... here came the chowder. Unbelievable!
So much for the "comedy of errors" this "restaurant" includes in the price... no extra cost!
Now the food (once we got it).....
Clam Chowder : I couldn't eat it (and I love clam chowder!)... I tried covering it in pepper and it was still uneatable. My partner wasn't impress either.
Garlic Prawns: Great entree if you like rice. A mountain of it in the middle of the plate and a searchlight to locate the 3 prawns that had a garlicky taste.
Crab Platter: I don't know how many crabs were on the platter as they covered them with some tomato 'sauce' concoction, A bit of a joke as the only way to attack a NORMAL Crab is to use your fingers.... this was the messiest platter I have ever had with very little success in sourcing out the crab meat.
All in all.... if they offered this 'fantastic fare' for $2 I would rather a Big Mac.
In fact, I was hungry when I got home!

Approximate cost: $65

I bought two 1 hour sessions through Scoop-on and had one massage in December 2013. Wasn't impressed with the massage what-so-ever. When I went to book the 2nd Massage at 2 weeks before the deadline set to use the Scoop-on certificate, I was told she wasn't doing any more massages through the Scoop-on offer that I had already pre-paid for. Her attitude was basically.... tough! She told me to take it up with Scoop-on.... which I did and Scoop-on refunded me the money for the second massage.
As far as I can establish, it really isn't a very professional approach to cultivating an honest and successful business!
I personally wouldn't go back there if the services were FREE!

This review is for Ferry Road Detailing, Southport QLD

Did a search on Car Detailers close to Parkwood and came up with quite a few. Ferry Rd Detailing, not only the least expensive for the 'cleaning catagory' I wanted and the business is a 15 minute drive from me.
I rang and spoke to Tim (the owner I would guess). Tim was easily the friendliest of any I rang.... couldn't ask for better, actually, so I booked it in for a PRESTIGE WASH (see website) to be done earlier today. Absolutely great job! Even his off-sider fellow was friendly.... a hard attribute to find with staff now-a-days.
All in all, I'm extremely happy on using this business and will definitely be seeing Tim again when the car need a GOOD clean. Easily the best way to enjoy a spotless motor vehicle.
5 Star Rating from me.

I can't say enough of this service. Katy, the proprietor and groomer, is a lovely person who just will love your dog to the max and she does her job so professionally as well as keeping friendllyness at the top of her list.
Very affordable, even for the one's who are retired.
If you have a small dog in this area needing a good clean or walk... call Katy. You'll be very glad you did.

About 4 weeks ago, on a Saturday, my front drivers side turn signal blew. I went to SupaCheap and got a new light bulb for it and came home to check out HOW to change it. Got on the net and decided it was TOO HARD! On the off chance, being a Saturday, I drove down Brisbane Road looking for the impossible... A Mechanic open on a Saturday. I found Joel at D&G working on a car. I asked him if I could bring in the car on Monday to have the signal light replaced. He replaced it right then and there.... I even had the WRONG bulb supplied by SupaCheap and he used one he already had. When I asked him "how much", he said "don't worry about it, glad to help"!!!! I was gob-smacked.... here was a mechanic that was also a gentleman. I have been back to him for a few things since and he always does it RIGHT and VERY cost effectively. Joel is his name... in his 30s, and just starting his business off three months ago. I've already sent a few people to him and they ALL say he's great too.
When I need a service or anything Automobile related.... Joel will be doing it. AAAA Service.

This review is for Bart Smith - Plumbers & Gasfitters, Mermaid Waters QLD

I looked on this website for a plumber and had a number come up to choose..... I rang a couple and Bart came out.... spent time with us and explained what was needed and approximate costs. Job was done and invoice received a week later. We were surprised with the eventual cost as it was less than thought.
I have NO RESERVE in recommending Bart for ANY plumbing requirements.

Approximate cost: $250
