Our regular stop over on our way back to Adelaide. Have been here 4 times now and wouldn't stay anywhere else. Clean modern room, comfortable bed and great water pressure in the shower. Conveniently located right next door to the Serviceman's Club (great Chinese food) and directly across the road from Cafe Cassaro, where we always have breakfast before the trip home. The Motel owners are friendly and David will clean your car windscreen - nice touch. Highly recommend.

Used a Scoopon Voucher and thought it was great value - Shared a Garlic Pizza, then my friend had a Chicken pasta dish and I had the "Special" pizza. Then we each had a glass of wine.
Everything was very yummy and extremely filling. A fairly busy Tuesday night but the service was friendly and quick. Coffee was hot and tasty. Would definitely go back.

Very conveniently located right next door to the Salt Bush Motel, we headed in at 7.30am, just before we left Hay on our way to the ACT. Opens at 7 am which is great and the guy that took the order was friendly but that's where the good stuff ends. We ordered 2 lots of poached eggs with toast plus 2 cappuccinos. There were no other customers in the shop at the time, yet it still took over 15 minutes to get our food. Served by a woman with a scowl on her face who literally just dropped the plates on the table, without saying a word. The eggs came out in a round shape, like when you fry them in an egg ring. They were so overcooked and dry, they were only suitable to make sandwiches out of! The coffee was bitter and almost cold. Big disappointment. I have read quite a few reviews on this cafe and they are varied - from really good to very poor.
Guess it depends on the day. We, unfortunately, arrived on a "poor" day.

Great country Pub, with friendly service and reasonable prices.
My side salad was just like I would make at home - Iceberg lettuce, tomato, cucumber, onion and cubes of cheese. Served on your plate and not stuck in a cup or a tiny ramekin. Absolutely delightful! If ever in West Wyalong again, I would definitely go back 10/10.

I really liked Sam at the beginning - she was friendly and did a reasonable job of my nails using "SNS". However, with each appointment after that, Sam appeared distracted, answered personal calls on her mobile while she was doing my nails (unprofessional in my opinion) and tended to make me feel like I was being rushed. On a couple of occasions, she didn't allow enough time for my nails to dry and they were smudged by the time I got to my car. I always felt like she just wanted me out of there as quickly as possible. Went back 4 or 5 times in the hope that things would improve but it just got worse. The last visit ended up with 2 broken nails within 2 days of it being done and 3 others 'lifting' and cracking within a week. Mainly due I think, to all the old stuff not being removed properly before the new coats were added - & I couldn't go back as I was overseas at the time. Nice enough lady as I said but the quality of the work wasn't up to scratch - in my opinion. Sorry Sam.

Visited here for lunch for the 1st time today. It is part of a group of 5 shops - A Hairdresser, Beauty Salon, Work Wear and a Chinese Takeaway. There are 4 tables with chairs on the side walk, as well as inside. Ordered a large cappuccino and a Breakfast Manoush (Scrambled egg, with baby spinach leaves, tomato and natural Greek yoghurt on a Lebanese flat bread). The coffee was only luke warm but very nice anyway. The Manoush was just lovely - couldn't finish all the bread as I was full. Very happy and would have no hesitation in going back.

Connected to the Abode Apartment Hotel but open to the public as well. Access via the Abode front doors, then to your right.
Indoor dining as well as an enclosed outdoor area. Drinks and meals available, although drink selection seems a bit limited in choice. We had some Skirt Steak with chips and salad for lunch, 2 days in a row as it was so tasty. It was part of the $15 lunch special. However, a glass of wine and a glass of beer that we had with the steak, cost $19.50 - which in my opinion is quite expensive.
Handy being so close to the Hotel we were staying in but breakfast and dinner meals seemed over priced so we went to a cafe at the Westfield Shopping Centre, which was only a 5 minute walk away. Good service but too expensive - 7/10

Holidaying in Dalmeny and came here for lunch on a Monday.
It is actually called "Club Narooma", so may have had a name change since 2012.
Ordered the Beef Ribs and the Beef Pie (both from the Specials Board) and they were quite delicious, even though the ribs were only just warm. Not very busy but took almost 20 minutes to get our meals. Prices okay and service was friendly enough.
Sat outside in the sunshine and watched some people playing bowls, which is located on the premises.
Would go back if in the area again 7.5/10

Staying at the Melaleuca Caravan Park directly across the road and decided to give the grandchildren a game or 2. Had been over 30 years since we had played but had an absolute ball! The proprietor was friendly and helpful and also made a superb cup of coffee at the cafe. Fully licensed too. Very clean and tidy. Would be very happy to go back if we are ever travelling that way again 9/10

On holiday in Woden and decided to have the new SNS nail procedure done. Had previously always bitten my own nails, so this was the first time I had had anything like this done before.
The man was cheerful and explained what he was going to do. My nails looked wonderful and 3 weeks later, they are still looking great! It is $60 to have it done, plus an extra $10 to add tips (but he only charged me $5 as an intro offer). Very happy with the result.
