So let's kick off this doozy of a story, I organised through this company to move the contents of my home through a 3rd party website, at the time I wasn't really thinking straight, was in a real panic because of the Corvid19 epidemic and new lockdowns being put in place seemingly every other day. We were worried we may be locked out of getting to our new home. And to confound my stupidity further I did not list correctly the items I wanted moved.

So come the day of the move MTL get to my house realise what's happened. They realise the enormity of the work involved and instead of telling me I'm an idiot and walking away, which i expected and no less deserved, they organised through the lovely Jackie, to get a 3rd worker down and just hope and pray they can fit everything on the one truck that they brought down for the move.

Now let me add context to this story, we were moving from Tullamarine to Metung, that's a 4-5 hour drive on a good day, the poor blokes worked all day and all night to make my move happen, never complained, never any attitude, completely and utterly professional.

Some more context to this is that I'm a disabled veteran, considered high risk and immunocompromised. So i had to be locked away or out of the house when they were moving, all face to face was done with my wife and full-time carer (wearing a mask ofc), they were completely aware and understanding of this at all times.

They did all of this and never ever complained. They are truly, truly amazing and I emplore anyone who is looking for a moving company with integrity, true professionalism and high quality of work and regard for your items to please consider this company and the absolutely wonderful people who work there.
