Jim promptly returned our call, arrived on time on sunday to our blocked shared sewer, spent 20 mins testing, determining it was south east waters problem in the street, organised se water to come (which they did) and was very fair about their bill. Jim was polite, efficient and explained everything clearly hence we will use this firm again happily.
