My Renma glass shower screen shattered after 20 months. No one was in the same room when it happened (thankfully) and glass looked perfectly fine beforehand. Company was less than helpful or sympathetic suggesting we buy a new shower screen (after 1 person use for 20 months) for 50% off. When checking the thickness of glass used, i found it was only 4mm which does not comply with Australian standards.

Moved to iinet adsl & ph 3 mths ago and have called them with issues probably 30 times. Internet and ph down for weeks at a time. Now received a bill for an extra $200 in fees to resolve an issue that was their fault. Will change provider asap.
