Great call out service. I have a specialised wall tank and they came out to the house to fix the tank. Service cost more than quoted price but the guy had to do more work than expected. The fish now appear happier than ever

Beware!! I bought a car from these guys. I didn't realise until after I left that they put a lesser amount than the amount I paid on the rego forms and receipt. I also had the car at the mechanics within two weeks of buying and when I contacted the company they just said tough luck as it had no warranty. Contacted fair trading but they said they couldn't do anything about it. Always get them checked by a mechanic if you are going to buy from here as they are not very helpful and rude when you ring up with a complaint.

My son loves going to this swim school. He has learnt to swim and enjoys going swimming. The instructors seem highly qualified and are great with the kids. The reception staff are also always polite and helpful.

You can't get an appointment for about a week. When you do make an appointment you can wait up to 3 hours to see a doctor (this is the longest time I had to wait). They only bulk bill aged pensioners and children. The staff on occasions have been quite rude and abrupt. I've changed doctors!!

Very nice small real estate. I rented through these guys for 12 months. They were onto minor repairs straight away and were always nice and friendly towards me and my partner. As a renter I felt valued by this real estate.

Went here with my son for a birthday party. He was scared beyond belief but he got up on the course and went around the whole thing and was so proud when he completed it. The staff were there to assist the children every step of the way and was thoroughly enjoyed by all. The toilet facilities are a little bit to be desired.

As a renter I have been made to feel like a second class citizen by many real estates. However with this real estate I was actually made to feel like a real person. They were quick onto any enquiries I made and I had no problems with getting my bond back at the end of the lease.

On a recommendation from someone else I took my car there to be fixed. It took them 4 days to do a simple job. I then had to return my car the next week with another problem. They fixed that and then it was back to them a week later after breaking down on the side of the road which I then had to pay to be towed as was over the NRMA towing limit. When I send my car to the mechanics I expect it to come back with no problems and was highly inconvenienced by having to take it back numerous times. Never again!
