We won a voucher to purchase a bike from this shop. The staff were very friendly and very helpful. They helped us select the most suitable and newest bike for our son with the voucher. They were also very knowledgeable on what accessories we would need also. They assisted us with purchasing to the value of our voucher with no pressure to spend over this amount. I will definetly be returning there to buy our next bike.

The staff were very friendly. There were good school holiday activities for the kids. I would have thought there would have been more in the museum - it took less than an hour to go through it and was only 2 small floor levels. Was definetly still interesting to see the exhibits they did have. Good if you live in the area but I definetly wouldn't travel to go there.

A great place to take the kids too. Large range of plasters to pain at affordable prices with a large range of colours to use. There are packs with plasters and paints to take home and they offer childrens parties. The staff are friendly enough - are helpful and have owned the business for years. Good service - friendly staff who like to chat. Prices were quite reasonable. The premises was being painted on the outside - will be interesting to see how it looks when it's finished. The lanes and interior looked as though they needed to be brought into the 21st century. The kids had heaps of fun and we would go again.

The staff were really friendly and attentive most of the trip. The night staff left a bit to be desired when a complaint was made. Heaps of tour groups coming to and from the accommodation at all hours of the night and woke us up whilst we were there. The rooms were adequate - clean and fresh but nothing flash, looked as though they needed renovating. The kids play pool area was great for the kids. The kids enjoyed the kids club on one night of their stay. I would maybe stay there again if I got a really good deal.

extremely slow service - over an hour for a takeaway pizza! however once did get pizza it was pretty good and quite gourmet tasting. service left a lot to be desired with the staff not communicating with customers and several tables walked out whilst we were waiting due to the lengthy delays

A standard caravan park with cabins and powered sites. The cabins are quite expensive through busy periods. There is nothing much around the park - be prepared to drive to get food etc. They do have a little cafe which is open limited hours. The pool is nice. The site is on the water. Some nice walks along the waterfront. Nothing much else for the kids to do.
