I like the setup of the Lake Haven store and they are usually good with having the products I want in stock for most of the time. The big complaint I had this week is that I was shopping in the store and every aisle had huge pallets and staff moving trolleys around the store filling shelves making it near impossible to get around with a normal shopping trolley for the customers. The store was absolutely packed and there was numerous traffic jams in the aisle. It was also a long wait at the registers with only 4 open and lines right back - some of the staff should have gone to serve to get the customers out of the store.

Excellent service, friendly staff and very efficient. As soon as I walked in the store I was greeted - staff person was serving another but acknowledged me and when had finished came over to see if she could assist. She asked my needs and suggested several styles to suit. I happily purchased my new handbag from them.

Went into the store looking to buy a handbag. Two staff members were standing behind the counter talking about staff rosters and bad-mouthing another staff member in front of several customers in the store! Definetly not good customer service!

Not very happy - walked in just after 9am and the staff member was on the phone. Staff member stayed on the phone for the 15 minutes I was in the store talking about personal issues. Didn't have a name badge so not sure who it was but I put down the bag I had selected and walked out as they had no interest to serve me!

the staff were ok a little bit straight to the point but were still polite. the food was average and took a while for what we ordered. my nans coffee came out 10 minutes before my ice chocolate and the same thing happened with the food - if there is an order for one table it should all come out at the same time! they only had about 4 tables of people and a few takeaway orders yet seemed to be overwhelmed and unable to cope with the pressure. Needs a bit of improvement but not bad.

We gave these guys a go after going to the "budget" hairdresser and being told it would be over $20 for a preschool child. There prices were very affordable with $13 each for the kids and $18 for my husbands haircut. The staff were very friendly and efficient with getting the kids hair done quickly and done well they were very happy with them. Will definetly be returning there again.

My pre-school age daughter had a great time playing here and the staff were very friendly and helpful. My son is now in before school there and they always give him breakfast and get him to school on time. I do have him in one afternoon as well and he has never had any problems being picked up. It's a shame that all the afternoons are booked out as a working parent I could use more than one afternoon - I have to rely on relatives for other afternoons. Bit disappointed as most of their school holiday program is already booked out as well so I have to find other arrangements for school holidays for my son.

compared to the other service stations in the area they generally have the cheapest price for unleaded petrol. the customer service is quite good - a little bit of room for improvement on being professional towards customers. would fill up there again

VERY slow service - waited for nearly 1/2hr in drive thru to even order and it's not like you can get out of the line to go elsewhere as it is all fenced off. The service was very slack with the manager unpacking water into the fridge in the way of her staff gathering food for customers. The other staff were ok. Food was pretty good but could have been fresher with the amount of time we had to wait.

Very disappointing - went to have Chinese for dinner parked the car and got the kids out only to find out they don't take eftpos. Not good that people wouldn't have eftpos particularly for a Chinese takeaway. Hoping to try them in the future and will have to remember to take cash!
