Stuart from Gray's Cocreting quoted my job (driveway) early December 2020.
In addition to my quote (coloured concrete), Stuart also included option for stencilled concrete - additional 900 AUD.

Prior to the agreed date (25.01.2021), I have advised Stuart that I wanted stencilled option (including additional 900 AUD).

Following my message, Stuart stated that he needed to re-quote my job, which I accepted, but he missed agreed appointment - leaving me waiting for the most of the earlier indicated day.
After I called him for an explanation, he advised me that he will call me as soon as possible.

After almost two weeks, I have messaged Stuart, but his reply was: "I am to busy now you will have to get some one else".

This is not professional, this is not ethical, and I recommend you to avoid any dealings with this business entity.
