This comment is not warranted. The events were not like he is describing . He was demanding and twisting the situation. He involved.us in a price war which we never do. He cancelled the job the night b4 as he changed his mind. I had to cancel worker's the concrete plant and concrete pump which we all lost income. Following my review, Stuart's stated that I was "demanding" and that I "twisted the situation". He also stated that it was me who cancelled job, which is not true. Stuart cancelled job day before the excavation. He stated different procedure for coloured and stencilled concreting. As a customer, I am not a concreting expert, but could someone please explain: WHY IS THE EXCAVATION FOR STENCILLED CONCRETE DIFFERENT FROM EXCAVATION FOR COLOURED CONCRETE???
If the agreed price / amount of work was/were not to Stuart's liking, he still could communicate his message in a more appropriate manner, and not behaving as a spoiled child.
Some of us (or maybe better to say - most of us) these days simply do not have that financial stability to afford spoiled business' inflated prices.
If this business can make more money somewhere else, it is fine with the author of this text, but there should be no reasons for Stuart to cancel someone's job and then blame client for that.
If this is reputable business, then Stuart should try to behave as a grown and a responsible man.

I have explained the customer cancelled the job the night b4. At no time stencil concrete was quoted. I came down in price to accommodate him. I got a phone call late the night b4 I was to do the job .
