Used Powerpass to keep receipts for thousands of dollars worth of gear, my card was faulty and conveniently for bunnings gave them a reason not to refund 2 items.
Management was not helpful, passed blame and was smart when i left unhappy.
I'm sure i can get refunds simply by producing a license, so am confused why this store wont help.
I will be that wheel that squeaks, until the right thing is done here, even if that involves the ACCC
