I was not looking forward to moving house. With so many large items of furniture that were difficult to move, so many delicate items and many items which I was concerned may get damaged. John the owner personally came over and walked through room by room, listened to my concerns and immediately put me at ease. Matt came over the day prior to our move and wrapped all the delicate items and furniture so they would not waste time on the big move day. The morning of the move, 4 wonderful men came right on time, Matt, Peter, Abel and Steve with two trucks. One truck made two trips filled to the brim with hundreds of boxes. The other truck loaded all the furniture items. By 11am, Matt arrived with the first load of boxes and off I was unpacking. The boys endured a long 11 hour day without any complaints and were neat, meticulous, polite and respectful the entire day. I was amazed that I did not find the day in the least bit stressful - apart from when I discovered I was not getting my Foxtel or wifi connection as planned by unhelpful service technicians!! Great job guys, hubby and I really had a great day with you!!
