This place is so good for a cheap meal, the food is so tasty and I can never go past the salt and pepper squid and fried beef rice noodles, so yummy! The service is good and the food is always cooked really fast. A good place to eat in and share a few dishes with someone else.

What great markets! I love how you just never know what you're going to find here. The only down point is that they are so busy that it can be hard to maneuver around with a pram. I love the second hand book stalls, such great bargains to be found!

My son started his swimming lessons here and I found this swim school really great, the classes were small, the staff were very friendly and the pool was always clean.

Drinks are always a good price at the Legions, there's nothing better than sitting on the balcony in summer overlooking the beach. I've only eaten here once and I thought the food was very overpriced for what you got however I think the restaurant may have changed hands since then so it may be different now.

A great place to drink especially when you can get a seat in the beer garden. Service has always been good in the front bar, in the other bar near the beer garden I find them really slow to take your order. Food nothing to rave about though, just typical pub food.

The takeaway section is always a good place to eat when you've been out on the drink as it's usually the only place that's open so late! Not keen on the kebabs as I think they slice the meat too thick but the chickens are always fresh and are available to buy early too which is good for any early lunches you may be having. I've also had a decent breakfast in the sit down area too, great bacon and eggs.

I have no issues with taking my children here and having them see any available doctor; they are all fantastic and offer great advice. The only problem is that we usually will have to wait at least 20-30min over our appointment time which can be very trying with young kids. Apart from that I would recommend this service to anyone.

Every time we have been here we are the only people eating in. We always get given a complementary soup and the owner (I am guessing) is always so warm and welcoming towards my kids. Pizzas are delicious as well, and they are always happy to alter the toppings if need be.

Pizzas were pretty good especially the supreme, lots of topping and very tasty. Prices are decent and the service is good; we took our kids in with us and the staff were pretty accommodating about the mess!

Such a great store for all those Aussie series that are shown on TV. I especially love the big kids section, even though the books are slightly pricier than else where the selection is great and it's a good place to find specific toys which are shown on ABC kids but you can't buy in the big department stores.
