Called out Priority One to replace a water heating system on a Saturday. Was quoted a replacement at $1500 more than other plumbers (after I decided to check around) $3500 vs. $2000 for the same unit and labour. Told that a certificate costs $250; it costs $35, and other plumbers just include that in cost of doing business. Not sure about quality of work, and telephone customer service was great, but I think plumber on the day tried to pull a fast one.
