Central and affordable are the first 2 things that come to mind when thinking of the vic hotel. The staff are always pleasant and knowledgeable of whats happening in and around the city. The rooms I have used in the past have all been small which is fine for our short stop overs but I do feel if i wasn't using it as a resting point I would feel cramped.

I found this on wotif.com and having never heard of it decided to stop here for the night whilst visiting Port Aurthur. The tiny apartments are beautifully designed maximizing the small amount of space. Your over looking the river and have the sounds of wildlife surrounding you. The double person spa makes for a romantic get away

Having been a guest here at the weekend I would happily return. The views are amazing and its so lovely to be away from the world of technology (you wont get mobile reception in most places here) the food is divine and the staff are lovely but they certainly know how isolated you are with the pricing of food and drinks

This used to be affordable accommodation whilst staying in hobart but not so much anymore. The facilities are great for larger families or families traveling together. It is always clean but the buildings are getting rather tired.

The cakes and slices we have purchased at markets and local stores are always lovely and can tell they have been homemade. Whilst I understand this is a hobby business I do find the price of the slices a little expensive.

When shopping here in the past the service has been hit and miss I suspect because I don't look like your typical 'gym junkie' sometimes I can be greeted and offered immediate assistance and on other occasions Ill be left looking for help. How ever the store covers most of your sporting and fitness needs at affordable prices and ensuring that you are genuinely receiving no counterfeited products.

Andrew is the perfect mix for my needs, he is enthusiastic and uses a lot of positive motivation rather than in your face screaming and yelling. He is patient and works with you to achieve your goals. He is incredibly reasonable with his fees and when taking a PT class with someone else the fee can be split 50/50.

After previously trying at another hairdressers for a particular cut and colour and being denied I was referred here by a friend. The staff were able to fit me in at short notice and whilst they weren't able to offer exactly what my request was the offered an a very similar alternative which in the end turned out to be a much better match for me. I had anticipated a large cost given how much work was done but the price was surprisingly cheap and staff were friendly and lovely to deal with

Sending our children to child care was one of the hardest decisions we made, ideally we didn't want anyone else caring for them because how can you truly trust a stranger. We did a walk through the center and was introduced to all the staff (not only the ones who would be caring for our children) we were shown all the rooms, the garden project. All the staff were lovely but didn't stop and chat as you could genuinely see they were more focused on watching the children, the children were clean and happy.
We decided to enroll our middle child only at the time (he was the youngest as the wife was still pregnant with number 3) he transitioned so well, often didn't want to leave at the end of the day. He always came home clean and tidy, staff always give us a full run down of his day, including the activity board which tells us who he played with and what activities he participated in each day. Words can not describe how happy we are with the staff and center

We have purchased take out food from here several times, the food is always served hot and flavorsome, the staff are lovely. The restaurant itself is looking a little tired, the prices are very similar to other competitors in the area.
