The staff at Gamerec are really friendly. I went on my first fishing charter with Gamerec and have returned for 2 more trips since then. I caught my first shark with Gamerec which was an amazing experience. They took us to all the places where the fish were biting, they took the fish off the hook when we caught them, and at the end of the day they filleted the fish to take home and cook on the BBQ!

This boarding kennel is like nothing I have ever seen before. My dogs would have been living it up all weekend. The staff were so friendly, the kennels were so clean, fresh, spacious and well sheltered out of the weather. They didn't blow my budget out the window and took very good care of my dogs.

This place has all the pet needs I will ever need. The staff are very friendly and know what they are talking about when it comes to pets and their needs. The store is full of things, although is a little squishy with not much room to move around - they have so much stuff. Their prices are good and they remember who I am when I go back!

I really enjoy the food from the match. There is such a big variety that I try something new every time I go. I have had dinners there with lots of friends and dinners with just my partner. The atmosphere is so relaxing and enjoyable - I really love the match. I haven't always enjoyed the customer service, but most of the time it has been good!

I have used Doug Neilson as my mechanic since having a car. He is a trusted mechanic that my family use and he has now served 3 generations of our family. His costs are competitive, his service is excellent, he has great attention to detail and very friendly! He always knows how to fix the car!

I hate the dentist and I hate needles, but these people made me feel so comfortable and really looked after my teeth. They were also flexible in allowing me to pay off my bill over a couple of weeks as I was a bit strapped for cash. They are really good!

The vets are the Bendigo Animal Hospital are excellent. My poor little dog has a terrible skin condition and they where the first vet in Bendigo (after seeing 3 others) who referred me on to a specialist. They weren't afraid to tell me they didn't know what it was and wanted a specialist to have a look. Every time I take my dog back now the vet is amazed at how well she is doing and how much she is improved. I will use Bendigo Animal Hospital whenever I need a vet!

I enjoy drinking yummy coffee here. It's fairly small so I usually only go with one other person, and sometimes 2 or 3 people. I really like the atmosphere - it makes me feel like I am drinking coffee in a cafe in Melbourne. It is open to late, so often a good place to go after dinner when I want to go somewhere different for coffee!

I have been going to Bowen and Letts since I was a kid. The staff are always friendly and happy to have a good chat. The optometrists are all excellent and have always looked after me whenever I have an appointment. They are really good with helping me find the glasses that suit me and once my glasses are in, they let me straight away and fit them when I go to pick them up. I recently got a new pair of glasses and it took only 4 working days for them to arrive - I call that speedy service!

I have been going to get my hair cut here since I was a kid and don't really like going anywhere else. I know when I get my hair cut here that it will be cut the way I want it cut, and not how the hairdresser thinks it should be cut. There are only 2 or 3 employees who all know who I am and what I like! I will continue to use them as my hairdresser!
