First of all, when waiting to be seated, you have to stand outside the restaurant at a sign that says "Please wait here to be seated" for quite a while before any staff notice you while other diners look on in sympathy because they probably endured the same thing. Do they not have a system whereby a staff member keeps an eye on patrons outside?
Second of all, the food was average but the milkshakes were really nice.
After this first visit, I made the mistake of coming back just for the milkshake and decided to get take away. I ordered and paid, and waited for the milkshake. Around 30 minutes passed before I went to the counter to ask where it was.
The guy behind asked if he could help us, only to say that he was busy and to wait while he did some paperwork.
After his paperwork was finished, he looked under the counter and produced a milkshake that was pretty much room temperature by now.
Thanks Brooklyn Depot, I won't be back.

Does not accept card, only cash... had to run for an ATM at the end of the appointment. Haircuts are average, nothing special. Probably wouldn't recommend for anything but really basic haircuts.

I really wanted to love this place. At $20 for pizza buffet on a Tuesday night, I thought this was an amazing deal! However... it was not to be so.. as the extremely thin pizza slices came out so slowly I'm not sure you could call it a buffet. After 2 hours, I had only been served about 6 slices of pizza which didn't fill me at all and I decided to just leave, as at this point I tired and ready to leave, and sick of waiting for waitresses to come by with pizza and only have enough for 3 or 4 people at the table. When you consider that our table had about 10 people, you'd think they would bring out more pizzas. We mostly just talked and stared at our empty plates.

First of all the service aspect was wonderful and the place is beautiful i.e. free drinks, hand massage while waiting for colour to set and full colour consultation however after paying $190 for cut and colour, I walked out looking worse than I came in and nothing like the pictures I had in mind. When paying so much for my hair to be done, I would expect it to look for different but it looked virtually the same. When I told my stylist this, she continued to try to convince me that it was in fact the colour that I had shown her in photos and I ended up just leaving with the way my hair looked - the same as before but shorter. Barely any colour change.
It became clear that the stylist would not bother fixing the colour or offer any other solution, other than paying hundreds more to add foils and more colour.
Will not return.

Approximate cost: $190
