Received a new water pump that was severely corroded and needs replacement. They have not responded to emails or messages from their own website. You can't find a phone number anywhere on the net.
After-sales service does not exist.

There is an issue with the brakes (Rotors) on my 2-year-old vehicle and wanted to push it for a warranty claim and was told I would laughed at by Mitsubishi for trying. I was surprised at the negative attitude and unwillingness to help their customer. Very poor PR. My vehicle had had the dash cam disconnected along with the NAV GPS (wires left hanging down) when I got it back from the service department. This gives me no confidence in their warranty or Dealer (Maroochydore). Will not have my vehicle serviced by them again and will never purchase another vehicle from them. Now, who's laughing.
