I have been sending my dogs to the Heathcote site for over 20yrs and all my dogs love it. So much so that when they go to the vet they're so excited they think they're going to Hanrob.
I have found the staff attentive and have never had an issue.
The convenience of being able to drop and collect from the vet is a bonus.
