I would NOT recommend Coastal Caravans due to POOR customer service. Sold us a van with faulty air-con, won't come out to our place of residence to fix the issue. Instead we have to go out of OUR way? Reality check: WE are the customers who have just forked out $60 K plus on their business! Service guy (name withheld) gets stroppy over the phone with me?! Again, where is the service! It would have been much more honest dealings to admit there was a problem and delay our handover date in advance, rather than sell us van with faulty air-con unit, and then turn around to expect us to do to all of the running around the place for air-con unit to get fixed.
