I placed an order 12 weeks ago, Kellys forgot to process it, I contacted them 4 weeks later and was given the wrong advice regarding which products were in stock. When the out of stock item was placed on back order they failed to send the in stock item as agreed. I received no correspondence and when I inquired my emails were ignored. Eventually Kellys agreed to provide a refund, that was 10 days ago.
Still trying to resolve the most frustrating online shopping experience that I have ever dealt with.
