I placed an order 12 weeks ago, Kellys forgot to process it, I contacted them 4 weeks later and was given the wrong advice regarding which products were in stock. When the out of stock item was placed on back order they failed to send the in stock item as agreed. I received no correspondence and when I inquired my emails were ignored. Eventually Kellys agreed to provide a refund, that was 10 days ago.
Still trying to resolve the most frustrating online shopping experience that I have ever dealt with.

I am one of the many very unhappy customer! I would not trust any after sales support from this store. I bought some items from their online store before the easter long weekend this year, paid the lot, but missing some item when delivered, also 2 of the items are seam sealer and they only sent 1, and to make it worst they sent a dried/hardened container due to a leak (the condition of the seam sealer is very obvious, but yet they sent it away). I've contacted immediately but only after 2 weeks when I got a reply from one of their staff saying that she's going to send the replacement and missing items. It's already May and nothing heard back from her or anyone from the store. I already contacted them several times, but no action from them. Again Do Not Trust their after sales or even try to buy from them online.

THIS PLACE HAS EVERYTHING YOU COULD POSSIBLE WANT OR NEED WHEN IT COMES TO CAMPING AND OUTDOOR SUPPLIES. THEY ARE REASONABLY PRICED AND IF THEY DON'T HAVE SOMETHING IN STOCK, THEY ARE HAPPY TO ORDER IT IN FOR YOU.
