New restaurant managers have brought in a revised menu of fresh food. Service very friendly and welcoming. Chef comes out after to find out if you were happy. Good personal touch. Ambiance still the same, but they do the best they can with what they have.

Always busy, and always friendly. Coffee good, food even better and specials always available. Heaps of space to dine, indoor area well set out.

We have been to this facility several times, the last being approx 4 years ago. It was nice then, but great now. The upgrades are many, and there's plenty of work being done to include new animals and new enclosures. Feeding the animals is a real treat for the children. Well done guys, not bad for a private zoo!

Nice fresh sandwiches, made without fuss. Coffee OK, not great. Cakes etc were nice. Would certainly stop there again as many bakeries don't even come up to this standard! Polite staff.

Coffee good, bakery items ok, except not what we ordered! We should have checked before we drove off, but opened the items up 5 min down the road, and had the wrong pie and wrong scroll. Served by a young girl who did her best.

Called in coming back from Adelaide. Very impressed with the old displays and also very impressed with the vast array of overhead boards displaying items to order. Began to order lunch when we were abruptly told "the kitchen is closed, all we have is the pie oven items and a few bagels." Directed to a fridge which was empty (was full of sandwiches according to staff). Fed the kids with what was left, and ordered nothing for ourselves. Won't be back.

Called and made a booking for a (docket special) service and supplied name, address, phone number, car details as requested. On the day of the service (2 days later) I called (while on the way) to confirm and they had no knowledge of my booking. Told me I must have the wrong date, but did not have my car in the system at all. I asked to speak with the original lady I had booked with...but told she was "on a day off". Never again.

Eaten here twice, the food is great, the atmosphere very relaxing. Great selection of food, last time had the surf 'n turf which was perfect. Some will find the prices a bit expensive compared to other local venues, but we believe the extra was worth it for the quality. Will be there in May again !
