Great tasting satays at this restaurant. Delicious broad menu of tasty Malaysian cuisine, something for everyone. Loved the Nasi Lemak rice, well cooked and fragrant. Waitresses wearing traditional clothes and the lovely aroma of satays cooking out back gives this restaurant an authentic feel. I liked that you can see the satay chef from the dining area cooking on the raised kitchen at the back of the restaurant. Prices were good for the quality of food. Service was speedy and our waitress made sure we had everything we needed.

Dined here because we heard so much about their delicious ramen and were not disappointed. We went as a group of 7 at lunchtime on a Saturday and were given outdoor seating after waiting for about 5 minutes. Service was prompt and the waitress was very friendly. We ordered ramen and udon and takoyaki. The food was authentic and delicious. You can also choose to add extras of your favourite ingredients to your soup e.g. more char su. We will definitely go back soon for another scrumptious meal.

Small style Japanese cafe, conveniently located. One of the better food options in the area. Difficult most days to find seats as it is usually packed due to its popularity. Quality and presentation of food is good although a little pricey. Free green tea.. very rich in flavour, a little strong for my liking but definitely authentic and what most green tea lovers would enjoy. Would recommend taking away so you can enjoy the food in a less crowded setting.

Just enjoyed dinner at this simply styled but comfortable restaurant. Service was good- we were noticed promptly and directed to a table for our party of 4. I recommend their homebrewed herbal tea which is refreshing and great value for money. Had the hainanese chicken rice which was great. The sauce was tasty and rice well cooked. Cash only and no atm that I know of nearby to conveniently withdraw so make sure you bring cash with you!

The restaurant is pleasantly decorated, quite a nice atmosphere to sit and chat both indoors and outdoors. Close to the uni so convenient for catchups with uwa buddies. The iced chocolate/coffees are pretty good, and their dishes are of pretty big portions. However, the food is pretty average and not really worth the price. Would probably go back on the odd occasion but this won't be a favourite.

Enjoyed a lovely catch up with a friend at this great little cafe. We chose to sit outdoors and were still attentively looked after by staff. We ordered hot chocolate/mocha and breakfast and the food and drinks came out quickly. Drinks were rich in flavour and not overly sweet. Was recommended to go here by another friend so we were expecting top quality and were definitely not disappointed.

Top quality food at a fantastic restaurant. Very attractive building, painted blue so definitely hard to miss! Decent sized serves, really enjoyed the food, even the side of hot chips were great. Had to wait a little bit longer than expected for the food but was happy when it was finally served. Prices were ok, will probably go back again.

We dined here as a family when my cousin visited from overseas. Very pleased with the service, the girls were efficient and pleasant to deal with. You can sit in the main area at proper tables or on the floor in a smaller room. We wanted a seat at a table and even though it was very crowded that night, the manager managed to get us one. Price is reasonable for korean bbq buffets and definitely worth it if you have a good appetite. There was also a good spread of hot dishes to choose from if you didn't want to cook your own food. The only thing I didn't like was how smokey your clothes and hair would smell/feel afterwards, but I suppose this is what you should expect for bbq-ing indoors!

A very busy chinese restaurant, street or side street parking is not hard to find. Best to book as you are unlikely to find seats by just walking in, especially on the weekends. We booked for 6 and ended up having an extra person come along. They had reserved for us a booth and even though it was a bit of a squeeze, the friendly service made us as comfortable as possible. Food came quickly and freshly cooked. Very pleased with our experience. Will definitely go back!

Been here a few times for dinner and have had a range of different experiences. The first few times service was speedy and staff were friendly. Seated quickly and food was served promptly. However, in the last couple of times we were there, they took quite a lot of time before noticing us at the door and even then we were hurriedly pointed over to some seats. A lot of tables were uncleared and after waiting a long time, we had to walk up to the counter to request our order be taken. I think they were under staffed that night as things were more disorganised than what we were expecting. Hope our next experience will be a better one!
