terrible customer service. I phoned 36 times had 1 returned call.
changing staff keep giving me different instructions for final certificate. would constantly tell me certificate ready, after weeks I call to be told more was needed to do. they never call me know and I spent 2 months waiting. very frustrating and costly while paying rent n mortgage.
don't expect anyone to return calls.
no staff know what the others are doing.
don't understand owner builder needs. I felt at the bottom of their customer food chain.
maybe if they were paid at completion things be better.
