This is up there with Sushi-e and Sake. My friend and I dined at the bar where the chefs prepare the sashimi right in front of you.
The food is old school Japanese with a modern twist. The ROBATA Wagyu was delicious and the Tai Ceviche is a must. For desert we ordered the chefs sampler - which is 4 mini desserts... for 2 people we spent $230 for dinner which included 2 glasses of wine each.
I get my morning coffee here every day - great service, great coffee! This business has recently been taken over my new management and business is picking up.
I went here on a Tuesday night where they have a $10 burger and chips deal - the Wagyu burger was delicious. Drinks are cheap, music ok. Go upstairs if you want a nicer and quiet environment.
Approximate cost: $10
The place was quiet busy for a weekend breakfast however the friendly staff had everything under control. The large wooden tables are spacious and there coffee is delicious!
Approximate cost: $15
Great place to buy hot chooks, fresh salads and yummy chips or wedges (or even roast dinners)... there grilled chicken burgers are delicious.
Approximate cost: $10
Cafe chicane is a nice open place to meet friends/clients for a coffee during the day - or a beer after work. The service is very "casual" however the pricing is ok and great coffee!
The food is delicious - this is on our "weekly" dinner menu. Pad Thai and currys are good - however the stand out meal is the Praram - a delicious satay stir fry with your choice of meat.
This is a local gem.
Approximate cost: $15
A small group of us dined here before going to Hoyts movies (instead of eating at westfield food court).
Yum food and great service. We ordered 6 "snacks" between 3 of us and it filled us up - the total cost was under $50 all up. You must try STEAMED CHEONG FUN and the lamb spring rolls were yum!
Approximate cost: $8
All plates are $3.00 and there is a large selection of sushi to choose from. Everything is fresh as the chefs make it in front of your eyes. A friend & I had a quick dinner here before walking 2minutes to the Entertainment Centee for a show.
Approximate cost: $20.00
I went here for my friends birthday drinks after work on a Friday night. Absolutely gorgeous venue. Unfortunately you cant reserve a table if you are just having drinks and seating is limited - however if you go to the up-stairs bar there was plenty of room and great service. We ordered a couple of Sangria jugs which were delicious!
