We have had PIA now for over 2.5yrs and can't fault them. Customer service is always so friendly and helpful. Submitting a claim is quick and easy online and usually have the money back into our account within a few days! We've had probably 12 or more claims in that time unfortunately for our girl, but we always felt good knowing 80% of our claim would come back to us! Highly recommend them

I highly recommend Julie and her team at Barkers in Balance. We have done 2 courses with them now and have learnt so much. The classes are fun and easy for any dog owner to follow. i would not hesitate to use them again and I tell new and old dog owners about our wonderful experience with Barkers in Balance
