Paul helped us with a very distressing family situation and handled it with genuine compassion and concern for our elderly relative. He was prompt, courteous and professional, the services were completed to a high standard we could not have hoped for given what we were starting with. So very much appreciative of his good work and help.

I have shopped at many many bunnings stores with often pretty pitiful service. The Rydalmere location is the best Bunnings location, best laid out, clean, neat, bright. But by far the best is the great customer service attitude we have experienced! Friendly team and only too happy to help. The other Bunnings locations should take note!
