USE CAUTION & READ THE OTHER POOR REVIEWS - my experience was of misleading practices inc trying to imply T&Cs I never signed up to, including (like other reviews here) an attempt to push me to take a credit with a 12 month life rather than a refund. I forced through the refund I was entitled to (took it out of their hands) but I'd be concerned about other customers who aren't as willing / able to challenge them.
