Dealt with [retracted personal identifier]. He was rude and abusive.
I had a job quoted.
He took more money from my account than he was supposed to "twice". It was refunded only after I asked him to and he made out I was being a pain and complaining.
I then told him to cancel the job and he refused. He became very rude and made out I had no choice but to go ahead. I told him to cancel it.
He left part of wardrobe internals across my front door and I had to then deal with trying to get the items removed. He was trying to force me to go ahead with the job.
I went through fair trading and the police told me to fill out a fraud pack against him.
HE KEPT MY DEPOSIT AND WILL NOT RETURN IT.
Do not deal with this company it is not worth it.
