Dont ever hire this guy.
He was supposed to do my Driveway, landscaping, Fencing, Pergola. He claims he is a licenced builder.
Paid him $200.00 deposit at the start, he kept asking for 50% deposit upfront, I denied. Since I did not pay at the start he came and did some work. After I paid him he stopped coming. Now my driveway is half done. My deck is not even started. Landscaping is not done. And he has not shown up since last 5 days.
Agreement was he will finish last week. It does not seem to be finishing anytime soon. Now left with half jobs done and have paid him much more than the work he has done.
Please save yourself and go with someone else.
