If I could give them no stars I would

And Now They have prevented me from posting on their FB page, I can comment on other posts but cannot post myself Dealership doesn't live up to the Guarantees. The Small Claim Has been Lodged. Not Once but Twice they, guaranteed me that the vehicle required repairs. Patty - Service Foreman, " I wouldn't tell you a part needed replacing if I wasn't guaranteed it was needed" that was in relation to the Gearbox, when the Gearbox was replaced and it didn't fix the problem no one offered me my $$$ back it was simply more cost. The Technician then ,Skye, "We are100 % certain that this is the problem'.
Me "So if the instrument Cluster is replaced, my car will be on the road and running and that's guaranteed"
Skye " Yes, that's correct" parted with the fee, drove away, 45kms later the problem persists, Aspley's response.

AS IS OUR RIGHT to refuse service, we are choosing so and we no longer wish to engage with you or the vehicle.
IT IS NOT YOUR RIGHT TO REFUSE TO HONOUR GUARANTEES Australian Consumer Law, makes that very VERY CLEAR

Services must:

be provided with acceptable care and skill or technical knowledge and taking all necessary steps to avoid loss and damage
be fit for the purpose or give the results that you and the business had agreed to

THE RESULT AGREED TO WAS THAT THE VEHICLE WAS IN RUNNING ORDER, 45KMS LATER THE PROBLEM PERSISTS, THIS DOES NOT MEET THE AGREEMENT!!!!!!!!

And because I have left the reviews that tell the truth they have now blocked me from being able to comment on their page as Anticipated, NO DOUBT YOU WILL DO THE SAME, is this how you gain, such prestigious awards, by dumping what you failed to address?????

$6000 spent in Repairs on the basis of professional diagnosis and the problem persists, twice the value of the car, and I wouldn't have been upset about that IF THE VEHICLE WAS FIXED, fact is IT IS NOT. Guarantees that we proffered freely, refused to be honored.
Mazda's Prestigious MASTER DEALER AWARD, bwahaha, sell as many new cars as you like folks, when you cheat people through your service department and dump them like hot cakes with the level of unprofessionalism I have been treated, its a matter of time before those awards mean nothing.

Approximate cost: $6000
