This is an excellent web site, it has heaps of information about all the vitamins, minerals and amino acids we need to take - exactly how much we need of each. And they have all these calculators so you can see how much weight you need to lose (if any). Plus they have all these health conditions. I love it because when I need to find out my BMI I can do it easily, plus I can check out how much of each food group I need to have in a day. It's a pretty good reference.

Great variety of vitamins and health foods. The proprietor is really great - she is more than willing to get in your favourite items if she doesn't already stock them, which is pretty good, I have to say. They also have a seniors special discount on Thursdays.

Lesa is an excellent naturopath. She really listens to you and tries to give you a solution that is tailored just for you. She gives great massage, foot reflexology and reiki healing. She also gives great naturopathic consultations and does not pressure you to buy herbs/vitamins etc. She is excellent!

This was one of the worst dental experiences I ever had. The dentist applied the anaesthetic needle the lower gums to do a filling (he needed to extract the previous filling and make it better, as it had chipped and a nerve was exposed so hurting me).

When the dentist started drilling, I could still feel the pain because the needle didnt numb me enough, the pain was excruciating (of course) and I screamed. The dentist did not believe that his method of anaesthesia was not working on me and continued treatment, albeit slowly, but because I was not anaesthetised, it hurt like hell.

This dentist is one of the reasons why I am petrified of going to a dentist now.
