Love that I can chat with the caring and helpful staff about our girl’s needs prior to her visits and know that they will follow through with lots of cuddles, treats and playtimes.
We do appreciate the climate controlled facility, the regular updates and being able to see her happily playing on the webcam.
Annual holidays are as much for her as us!!
