The teachers are incredibly knowledgeable and helpful when it came to enhancing my practise. After I completed the $30 intro offer, I signed up for the 6 week intermediate workshop which completely opened up new poses, corrected techniques, meditation, and an interesting overview of the yoga philosophy. I highly recommend Cultivate Calm Yoga to anyone who wants a welcoming and friendly studio to guide them along their yoga path.
